The 26579CE features a full black ceramic case and bracelet, which is extremely rare in the world of high complications. It combines AP’s mastery of finishing ceramic with the timeless aesthetics of the Royal Oak and the technical sophistication of a perpetual calendar movement—all in a stealth-luxury package.

This model offers a full perpetual calendar, displaying the day, date, month, leap year, week of the year, and moon phases. It is powered by the ultra-thin Caliber 5134, which accounts for leap years and only requires manual adjustment in the year 2100.

Black ceramic is incredibly lightweight, scratch-resistant, and highly durable, but also notoriously difficult to machine and finish—especially to the fine standards of Audemars Piguet. The result is a case and bracelet with the same brushed and polished aesthetic as steel, but in a futuristic, nearly indestructible material.

While not a numbered limited edition, the black ceramic QP is produced in very low volumes, often with waitlists or offered only to VIP clients. Its rarity, combined with technical and material innovation, makes it a modern grail piece.
