Achieved through some impressive engineering, the RM-055's RMUL2 movement is suspended in the case by four shock absorbers that create a link between the case internals, and the movement itself. This system protects against virtually all vibrations, resulting in the watch and its delicate 4.3-gram movement being able to handle a game of golf - something that is notorious for frying watch movements due to the inertia of a swinging arm - while on the wrist of one of the world’s best.
