The RM 11-01 was specifically created for football manager Roberto Mancini to assist in tracking match time, including stoppage and extra time, during a game. It features a flyback chronograph with a central minutes counter, allowing the user to reset the chronograph to 12 o'clock at the start of each half or extra time. The dial is divided into periods of play, displaying time for two 45-minute halves, up to 15 minutes of stoppage time, and additional extra time if necessary.

The watch is powered by the Caliber RMAC1, an automatic skeletonized movement with hours, minutes, seconds, flyback chronograph, central minutes counter, 12-hour totalizer, and an annual calendar. It features a variable-geometry rotor and a double-barrel system, providing a power reserve of approximately 50 hours.

The case is made of Grade 5 titanium, known for its strength and lightweight properties. The watch is assembled using 20 spline screws in Grade 5 titanium and abrasion-resistant washers in 316L stainless steel. It is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). ​

As of 2025, the RM 11-01 is a discontinued model, and its price varies based on condition, materials, and rarity. On the pre-owned market, prices generally range from $150,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on the version and its condition.
